Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and ship back within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will replace the item with the same item, or an item with the same value. If this is not possible, we will arrange a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
Orders do not require signature on delivery, this means that if safe to do so, your parcel will be left on your property in a safe place. We do not take responsibility for missing items or parcels after delivery. However, for your peace of mind, you are able to add signature on delivery for an extra fee.
Privacy Policy
All customer personal information is only accessed by myself and is never shared with third-parties. The only exception is the shipping provider.
We use a secure gateway so your card and payment details are never seen by or given to us.
